Very pleased with my service. Josh the service tech was running behind schedule but he kept me updated with several phone calls to let me know when I should expect him. Along with servicing my garage, he also gave me a helpful tip to keep my garage door openers from being fried by the thunderstorms. Something I never knew about but he noticed it right before he left and he took the time to tell me exactly what I needed. Nothing to do with the services I requested but was very thankfulHe informed me. I’ll use BT1 again for further services with my garage.

Outstanding work! I got home from work to a garage door that wouldn't open because the spring had broken. I called them at 4:30pm and by 6:10pm the door was fixed and as a bonus, the screw drive had been serviced and was running quieter than when it was new. I highly recommend BT1.

A spring broke on our garage door on Sunday I call these guys and left a message they call me back shortly we set up an appointment for Monday morning. Josh came out on time ready to take care of the issue and we found at the door due to age and where needed to be replaced Josh work with me to determine what kind of door we wanted and set an appointment for the next day to install the garage door he showed up on time for the appointment with everything he needed to do the job got it done in a timely Manor. I have had no issues dealing with these guys they're very nice to work with would highly recommend them for any garage door issues.

I was trapped in my garage, with what turned out to be a broken garage door spring, when I called this company. Chris answered my call & contacted Brian right away, who came out within 45 min and replaced the door spring and wiring in less than an hour! Brian explained where the break occurred & how it was to be fixed. The cost of the repair was also affordable These guys are prompt professional and know the meaning of the words "service delivery". I would and will highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service-even those not trapped in their garage. :-)

I was very impressed with the service. Brian was on time, very curtious and knowledgeable. I was on Grand Jury duty and had to leave, but Brian got to work and was fast and efficient and got me on the road so that I was not late. I was very grateful and will definitely call him again.
